Our eggs are gathered twice everyday in hot weather and once in cool weather. They are washed daily and refridgerated for freshness. 

Our birds roam freely and enjoy every tasty morsel of left overs from the house we give them in addition too any bugs, seeds, weeds, grass and any other tiny morsel they find. They have an all natural grain mix provided for them free choice and fresh water daily. 

They are locked up nightly at dark for their own safety and are let out at day break.
